The 90-Day First-Order Guarantee
Ninety days is how long we ask you to give Vael One — so ninety days is how long you have to get your money back. If you feel no difference, you shouldn't pay for it.
The terms, stated plainly
- The 90 days start the day your order is delivered — not the day you ordered.
- Applies to your first order, one guarantee per customer.
- No empty bottles to mail back, and no restocking fee.
- Contact us inside the window and we refund — no interrogation.
How to claim
- Reach out via the contact page (or reply to your order confirmation email) within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- We confirm and refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

The guarantee covers your first order. Refills can be paused, skipped or cancelled anytime before they ship — see the Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
